Lizzie joined the organisation in 2021. As an experienced Music Therapist, Lizzie ensures all Unique Community projects place safety, calm and fun for participants at the very centre of the work. Lizzie also develops extensive inclusion resources for staff across all programs.

Becci joined the organisation as a placement student from Central School of Speech and Drama in 2023 and loved it so much she decided to stay! Becci is responsible for all participant, family & local community communication.

Natalia was the original founder of the organisation in 1999. As CEO she continues to sit at the helm of the charity - driving for inclusion and person-centred work. Natalia is responsible for all finances and wider organisational strategy.
